Course Overview

This workshop will introduce you to the foundational concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including key definitions, tools, and ethical considerations. Through hands-on exercises and real world case studies, you will develop an understanding of how to integrate AI into your professional work and learn how to use AI tools responsibly.

Dr. Lisa Springer is co-founder and President of EIE Partners, a consulting organization focused on promoting equity and innovation and specializing in AI adoption. She also serves as founding Dean of the Division of Lifelong and Professional Studies and Associate Provost at the Jewish Theological Seminary, where she strategizes with senior leaders on innovation and organizational change. Lisa holds a B.A. in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University, an M.F.A. in Fiction Writing from Warren Wilson College, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from New York University.

Dr. Fiona Jaramillo

INSTRUCTOR

Dr. Fiona Jaramillo is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of EIE Partners, a consulting organization collaborating with institutions to promote equity and innovation and specializing in AI adoption. EIE focuses on a people-first approach to AI, with an emphasis on change management and the creation of a culture of learning. In addition to her role at EIE Partners, Fiona serves as Senior Associate at Diversified Search Group, a leading executive search consulting firm. Fiona holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from New York University, an M.P.A. from New York University, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from New York University.
